This little girl was a victim of the Chernobyl (nuclear) disaster in 1986. The radiation left her with a brain tumor. This photo was taken in 1992. She was 1 of the 600,000 people who were exposed. Newborns were either born dead, born with downs or with some sort of spinal or brain defect.
